Our Process
Spinning
Spinning is the twisting of drawn out strands of fibers to form yarn, and is a major part of the textile industry. The yarn is then used to create textiles, which are then used to make clothing and many other products.

We source the best quality raw material from reliable suppliers who are taking care of the environment as well as Social Accountability and complying with international regulations is issued for processing.
Weaving
Best quality materials processed with International standard chemicals are fabricated by our expert Handloom weavers. Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic weaving machine operators in various designs like plain, Twill, Herring Bone, Satin, Dobby designs and Jacquard Damask designs.
Printing
The high quality raw materials are issued to certified Printing units who are taking care of their outside and working environment effectively. The best quality printing chemicals are used in the fully advanced technology printing machines which enable us to supply flawless designs to our valued Customers.
Quilting
The process is repeated across the entire area where quilting is wanted. Rocking, straight or running stitches are commonly used with these stitches being purely functional or decorative. Quilting is done to create bed spreads, art quilt wall hangings, clothing, and a variety of textile products.
Stitching
The goods are completely produced according to International Quality Standards are being processed in our well established in-built stitching unit according to customer specifications by our skilled cutting masters and issued for sewing. Our experienced sewing machine operators finally stitch the products according to customer’s patterns and specifications.
Checking & Packing
The quality goods produced with the right specifications of our Customers are once again verified, checked and packed by our experienced workers who are all the time monitored by well-trained Quality controllers according to the packing instructions of individual orders.
